Adrian Augier is a development economist and St. Lucia's 2010 Entrepreneur of the Year.  He is an award winning poet and producer and a Caribbean Laureate of Arts and Letters.   In October 2012, he received an honorary doctorate from the University of the West Indies in recognition of his contribution to regional development and culture.
