In 2006, he began an artistic and intellectual approach to questioning about the creation and his place of living.
His work is a return to essentialism and is not characterised today as international contemporary art, to operate a "focus on himself and his home territory," as he specifies. He has created the Bienniale of Young Artists in 2001 in Guadeloupe with Antoine Nabajoth.
