This Sacem-registered author of over 200 songs is involved in actions to enhance the Creole language and culture. He signs the Kréyolad chronicles on Martinican society on the Internet and in Antilla, which is written and published in Creole. As current director of the municipal library of the town of Schoelcher, he established a monthly literary gathering entitled “À Livre Ouvert” which has run for over 20 years.
He has hosted the vocal music program “Pipiri” on Radyo Apal since September 2011.
