Prof.A started his musical career within Cayenne's sound systems. In 1995, when he had already released many underground titles such as " Boulé ça ! "or "333" , he created his own crew called O.B.B.C (Original Bad Boy from Chicago). In 2005, his first solo single " Nou ja fè bon chimin " remained at top of the charts during 20 weeks in Guiana. The same year, Prof. A, also known as "The little prince of Yana", traveled to London where he stayed one year before moving to Paris. There, he has been working between hip hop and his own style, reggae.
