Les Tréteaux du Maroni

This international Performing Arts festival created by the Company KS and CO brings together Circus, Dance, Street Happening,Theater and Music. 

Thanks to the development of cooperation with cultural and institutional protagonists from Suriname, Brasil, Martinique, Guadeloupe and Curaçao an artistic and cultural inter-regional network was created. 
In 2010, a partnership was agreed with Belgian Government through  le Théâtre des Doms, which is a window on the Franco-Belgian artistic creation in Avignon. The guests Belgian artists contributed to the internationalization of the Festival and also reinforced the networking that had been started with the European Grouping for Territorial Cooperation (composed with Belgium, Germany, France and Luxembourg).  It thus enabled the integration of the Festival within a wider European network.
