Fondation Maurice A. Sixto is a non-profit institution whose ambition is to make a contribution to emerging Haitian society. Its action is based on the promotion of Haitian culture, education and the defence women’s rights.
Among its achievements, the foundation runs Creole Month, reedits CDs of tales by Maurice Sixto and provides regular support to a variety of initiatives from craftspeople. Â
