Created in 1989 in Martinique by Lucette Salibur under the name Compagnie du Nowtéat. Théâtre du Flamboyant enables dramatic art to serve the people, with a special focus on theatrical creation for young audiences. From 2004 to 2009, the company was contracted by the DAC (formerly DRAC-Martinique) and is currently supported by the Martinique Region and the General Council.Â
