Born January 10th, 1987 in Point Fortin, Trinidad, Jerrod Lett is the last of 5 children to parents Joseph and Jennifer Lett. He grew up within a musical family and at an early age, whilst seeing his father and two brothers playing the steelpan within his father's ensemble (Point Fortin New Creation Youth Steel Orchestra), Jerrod was encouraged to learn this musical instrument and this is where he had most of his experiences.
